If you do not see your insurance on the list, you may have some options. We are happy to provide you with a superbill for services provided out-of-network for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that some insurance plans may not have out-of-network benefits and may not be eligible for reimbursement.

Private Pay Rates

If you would prefer to pay out-of-pocket for your sessions, the private pay rates are as follows:

• Intake: $175

• Follow Up Sessions: $150

Private pay rates may be negotiated for EMDR intensive sessions that extend past 1 hour. You will be provided with a cost estimate prior to your first appointment. This estimate may not be an accurate reflection of your actual out-of-pocket cost. It is ultimately the responsibility of the client to understand their insurance benefits prior to services being rendered.
