Timothy Killian, LLMSW
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported—just as you are. My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are right now, and walking alongside you as you move toward the life you want to live. Whatever you're feeling is welcome in our work together, and there’s no “right” way to show up—only your way.
In our sessions, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work through challenges at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether we're focusing on building coping skills, exploring thought patterns, or reconnecting with your values, our work together is collaborative and rooted in respect and compassion.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating PTSD, substance use, anxiety, and life transitions. My clinical background includes experience as a case manager and group facilitator in trauma and recovery-focused settings, as well as providing outpatient therapy in private practice. I’m committed to helping you tap into your resilience and create meaningful change—whatever that may look like for you.
